You may know what kind of meals to eat, but how do you deal with those critical times like birthday cakes at work? Or when you're eating out? Do you know the difference between healthy fats and bad fats? And what protein sources that will give you more bang for your nutritional buck? That is when we can help:

  • We shall begin with 45 min to 1 hour long first appointment to discuss on meal and exercise plan. Of course your involvement is 100% required.
  • Let us then focus on your lifestyle and food likes-dislikes
  • High time to categorize 'what to' and 'what not to' eat plan
  • Educate yourself on the basic pattern of eating that your body needs and which matches your lifestyle.
  • Change in the diet plan to be made in every 2 weeks for better nutrients exposure
  • Know the right way to tweak your diet
  • By end of the session you will be confident enough to plan your own diet
  • Let us review and alter the meal and exercise plans through our weekly interactions

The above plan is not only for weight loss but also for people dealing with health issues like Diabetes, Hypertension, Acidity, Thyroid plus diseases etc.
